Last week I talked about the what, where, when, why, and how of the scope of things I do. This week, I want to talk about the simplicity of it all. Is it all as simple as could be? Each aspect has its own importance, and each promises to do its own bit of good. But in all honesty, none of them would be able to do any good without you. So where do you come in?
Anywhere you want, to be honest! From Simple As Could Be to Earth To Momma and Our Whole Village too, you fit where you decide you do. Still don’t know where or how to start? That’s exactly what this week’s topic is going to cover. Skim through, read in entirety, or save this page to your reading list, but all I ask is that you check it out to give it all a fighting chance before making your decision.
Simple As Could Be
You’re already here, so you more than likely know what Simple As Could Be is. But if you’re still left with any bit of doubts, I’m here to clear the air for you! SACB is a blog site. A place where I can share my creative ideas, friendly tips and thoughtful advice, as well as some heartfelt personal messages too. Everything from organization to DIY projects, love and self-development, and even some videos sprinkled in!
Don’t know how it works? Well, for starters, when you get to the homepage of this site, you’ll see a list of recently posted blogs on the left side of the page. Continue scrolling until you see a navigation button to go back and forth between pages. At the top right, you’ll see a search bar to look up any specific content as well as an about section that talks a little more about SACB and ETM. (If you’re visiting for the first time, you’ll see a pop-up for downloadable/printable keepsakes by signing up for ETM’s free weekly newsletter.)
At the very top of the page is links to social media accounts as well as a condensed menu. At the bottom, you’ll see a ‘useful links’ navigation as well as categories where blogs are stored. And that’s really it for SACB! One last bit of useful information – At the very bottom of each blog post, there is a comment section to leave any questions, feedback, or any other input you feel like. Note that this is a friendly community – keep in mind that the comment section is monitored by me personally.
Earth To Momma
If you’re here, there’s a good chance you are at least familiar with Earth To Momma. But I’m here to answer the questions that might still be burning in your head! Let’s start easy. ETM is a subscription box company and online boutique that delivers safe, sustainable, and ethical products to Mommas, Littles, and the home. The companies I partner with to get the products you consume are just as dedicated to getting you the best there is.
There’s also some handmade items in the online shop made by yours truly! Sort of like an added effort to do my part making a difference for consumers and the planet alike. If you’re not as familiar with the behind-the-scenes of ETM, it’s not too complicated. My partners source sustainably, create ethically, and test for safety, all while giving back in a multitude of ways. From providing meals to children in need to promoting conservation of the planet, and so many more causes! That way the difference customers are able to make can be magnified with ETM!
On top of all that, 5% of net proceeds from ETM go to charity as well so the impact keeps going! Here’s the layout. By scrolling through the homepage of ETM, you’ll see links to find out more about what’s included in boxes, the option to shop or subscribe (including a gifting option), and even an ambassador program to get you a credit for promoting ETM socially. (If you’re visiting for the first time, you’ll see a pop-up for downloadable/printable keepsakes by signing up for ETM’s free weekly newsletter.) It’s a user-friendly site, so no need to go into further depth!
Our Whole Village
This is likely where most of the confusion stands for some. Like I said, I already discussed the 5 w’s of all three SACB, ETM, and OWV. But I’m here to deliver some more answers! Our Whole Village is a travel agency for people who want to travel with care, confidence, and peace of mind. Not only is it a more modern travel agency with perks like planet conservation and immersive cultural experiences, it’s a member of the Gifted Travel Network and Virtuoso.
What does that mean? More vetted destinations and experiences, including exclusive amenities and VIP inclusions, at no extra cost! Think of me as a personal travel assistant! From bookings and support to itinerary planning and more – As an OWV advisor, I’m here to make sure everything is truly memorable for you from pre-trip to post-trip! So how does it work? First you’ll fill out an inquiry form so I can get to know as much about you and your trip as possible. Then we schedule a phone call to dive deeper into details, needs, and wants.
From there, I select 3 possible destinations based on the criteria you gave me. You choose the one that sounds best or I get back to work creating more ideas if you’re not 1000% satisfied. Once I have confirmation of destination, dates, and budget, I’ll work on booking so there’s no hassle for you! I can even make reservations, plan excursions, and get you detailed info on where you’re going and things to do there. You get to enjoy a truly unforgettable trip without the stress or headaches and all the fun and delight!
